Brandy McGeehan

My career has taken me through almost every corner of the brand and product world. I’ve supported national campaigns for large enterprises, helped mid-market teams scale with clarity, and partnered with small businesses who needed a strong foundation. I’ve worked across SaaS, WorkTech, insurance, government, retail, and service-based industries — each one giving me a deeper understanding of how people experience brands in the real world.

Along the way, I’ve led a wide range of work:

  • SEO and content strategy for enterprise and local businesses

  • product ownership and UX leadership for government agencies

Seeing all of these pieces up close taught me something important:
customer experience doesn’t start or end at one touchpoint.

It isn’t “just” the product.
It isn’t “just” the messaging, the website, or the service.
It’s how all of it works together inside and outside of the organization.
